Site Deployment Coordinator (Sistan & Baloochestan) (Vendor)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• site implementor supervisor is responsible for overseeing construction projects and ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Some key responsibilities of a site supervisor may include:
• Supervising and coordinating construction workers and subcontractors on the site.
• Ensuring that work is being carried out according to project specifications and plans.
• Monitoring and enforcing compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the construction site.
• Maintaining accurate records of construction progress, materials used, and work hours.
• Communicating with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status.
• Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise on the construction site.
• Conducting regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• to maintain a close working relationship with project manager, liaison NWG also stakeholders to manage dependencies and resolve project bottlenecks.
• To interact with external Organizations for activities related to assigned projects
• To implement guidelines of the Company Capital Project Management Toolkit and Budget Management Toolkit
• To engage with NWG and other internal stakeholders to ensure an understanding of project requirements, concerning budget, scope, timescale, and quality.
• To proactively support NWG and Procurement during negotiations with vendors and suppliers of services and materials
• To develop and ensure implementation of a project communication plan, agenda, and schedule of meetings with selected vendors or service providers.
• To manage and ensure implementation of the assigned projects with particular responsibility for the budget, scope, and timescale, as contractually shown in the Project Implementation Plan (PIP) and according to established project management principles.
• To develop a reporting structure for project management meetings to manage scope, timescale, progress, actions, Quality, risks, and challenges and ensure the meetings are documented and distributed to relevant stakeholders.
• To organize and chair regular project progress meetings with vendors and service providers.
• To identify, manage, and escalate risks to project scope, timescale, and budget.
• To prepare regular project reports to the Senior Manager, PMO, and other stakeholders as and when required.
• To provide support to the CPG Project Support Office (PSO) concerning required reports and information updates
• To manage project scope and implementation plan change and communicate them effectively to all stakeholders.
• To manage project quality and acceptance issues to ensure project delivery based on agreed criteria and requirements.
• To develop lessons learned and maintain the knowledge gathered during project accomplishment in the PMO project repository.
• To manage and lead a project team, which may include other professionals or consultants with expert skills and knowledge relevant to the project.
• To coach, train, and manage knowledge sharing with Project Coordinators (even if not permanently assigned to the PM).
• To arrange weekly and daily governance meetings for related Subcontractor and provide monthly MOM;
• To follow agreed timelines to ensure on-time delivery and keep databases updated.
• To manage and ensure that the Power of sites will be Permanent in the shortest time and will work with full configuration.
• Training local field resources working under vendor to improve the implementation knowledge of vendor
• Evaluating the performance, measuring disciplinary, Following Safety regulations, and Level of Quality of on-site construction team
• Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
