Mission
To collaborate in expanding the market of MTNIrancell content-based platforms (education & kids entertainment) both in terms of cooperation with qualified content providers to broaden the product basket & market share of the platform.
Roles & Responsibilities
To identify target business customers and the stakeholders (content providers/aggregators) and search business contacts and leads.
To manage email campaigns & outcalls to nurture leads and score, qualifying & record leads.
To provide demos and needed materials for onboarding leads, along with handling meetings negotiations with them to close deals.
To negotiate, convince and onboard new businesses on the assigned projects and prepare contracts.
To follow up the contract of Content Provider (CPs) with legal and finance to make sure the agreement process is under control.
To support in provisioning of market planning, positioning, market entry mode, market segmentation, competitive and situational analysis, and communication plan for ATL/ BTL in cooperation with brand and product team for assigned projects.
To find customer/market needs, define them as products or offers and cooperate with the product or marketing teams for implementation.
To raise business motivations for market expansion and customer acquisition/ retention plans in cooperation and follow up the sign-off process.
To generate monthly and weekly performance review reports of project progress versus business objectives and sales targets.
To design comprehensive marketing campaigns/offers to increase the user base of the platforms, increase Average Order Value (AOV) per user, and retain churned users.
To have cross-functional interaction with Legal, Finance & Marketing departments to define new methods for vertical & horizontal expansion of the platform.
To review digital products and services to ensure compliance to set business objectives, licenses, and product document descriptions (PDD) to gather requests and suggest a change on digital products and platforms according to customer needs.
Education
BA in Commerce (Marketing / Communication) or related
Experience
Minimum of 3 years' experience in an area of specialization; with experience in supervising others
Experience working in a medium organization
