The Senior Human Resource Generalist will run the daily functions of the HR department including performance management, carrier path design, learning and development, hiring and interviewing.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement performance management
Design and implement L&D projects
Design PX programs
Implement C&B policies and procedures
Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants
Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs
Requirements:
3-5 years of HR experience
Familiar with People Experience
Effective interpersonal communication style
Enthusiastic and team player
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Commitment to learning and growth
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent at follow-up and completion of work.
