Job Description

·   Continuous and stable communication with Boomi sellers

·   Coaching and supporting salespeople with different sales performance (high, low and growth potential) and setting up semi-automated measures (mass communication, training) to improve their performance.

·   Able to analyze large sets of data (composite performance, revenue performance), segment data and derive appropriate actions

·   Identify potential and sales gaps to reach the next segment and recommend them

·   Close communication with all business teams

·   Identify trends and patterns in data for informed business decisions.

·   Creating stability in the supply of local best-selling products

Job Requirements

·   Interested in working on empowering local businesses and having basic knowledge of local communities.

·   BA/MA degree or equivalent practical experience (business management, marketing and sales)

·   Strong communication skills (oral and written(
