Job Description

As a Brand Acquisition Specialist at Digikala, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and maintaining strong relationships with fashion brands to expand our offerings. This role requires persistent follow-up and negotiation skills to ensure new suppliers integrate seamlessly and beneficially into our marketplace.

 

Job Description:

  • Proactively identify and recruit promising fashion brands to join the Digikala platform, enhancing our product diversity and competitive edge.
  • Conduct detailed market research to pinpoint emerging brands and trends that align with our strategic goals and customer preferences.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with new suppliers to secure profitable and sustainable partnerships.
  • Maintain continuous engagement with new and existing suppliers to facilitate their integration and address any challenges that arise.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including merchandising, marketing, and logistics, to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new brands.
  •  Monitor the performance of newly onboarded brands to ensure they meet our quality and service standards.
  •  Provide regular updates and feedback to suppliers about their performance, market dynamics, and potential opportunities for growth.
  • Represent Digikala at industry events and trade shows to network with potential suppliers and stay updated on industry trends.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in brand acquisition or a related field within the retail or e-commerce industry.
  •  Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
  • Proven track record of managing supplier relationships and meeting acquisition targets.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
