In Mania Motor Company, We’re seeking an organized and proactive Assistant to support our Managing Director. This role involves managing schedules, handling communications, and coordinating projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the MD’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Screen and prioritize phone calls, emails, and other communications.
- Assisting in the preparation and coordination of special events or projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
- About 2 years of administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Profficient in English
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in a dynamic work environment.
