In Mania Motor Company, We’re seeking  an experienced and creative Brand Supervisor to oversee and manage our brand strategy and initiatives in the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve marketing KPIs, including brand awareness, reputation, loyalty, exposure, and positive evaluation rates.
• Conduct product preheating and implement brand communication strategies for new product launches.
• Plan and execute brand events and activities, both online and offline.
• Guide dealers in brand-related initiatives and organize brand activities.
• Produce brand communication materials such as videos and images.
• Conduct brand research to enhance brand image continuously.
• Monitor public opinion, manage crisis PR, and maintain the brand image.
• Organize brand-related training sessions.
• Ensure linkage between the 4P marketing modules.
• Establish brand-related business processes and systems.
• Perform other related tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive approach and perseverance in achieving goals.
