- Guiding and monitoring sales team to hit Sales KPIs and increase gross profit
- Maintain teamwork with the Sales\Operation to implement company’s policies and strategies
- Hold regular meetings with sales team and motivate them to keep sales KPIs met
- Generate comprehensive daily\monthly reports for the management to keep them informed of the overall performance
- Determine shipping methods, routes, or rates for materials to be shipped if necessary
Requirements:
- FIATA certifications
- Knowledge of transportation and logistics practices with a deep understanding of air freight, sea shipping and road transportation process from start to finish
- Excellent teamwork skills, capable of collaborating effectively with colleagues, overseas agents, and clients to achieve shared goals
- Upper-intermediate or Advanced level of English
- Minimum experience of 7 years in related field
