Overview:

Aron Groups Broker is seeking a skilled and organized Webmaster with Scrum Master and project management skills. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize our websites, ensuring top performance and user experience. This role includes managing web projects, coordinating teams, implementing agile methodologies, and WordPress development.


Responsibilities:

• Website Management:

• • Oversee development, maintenance, and optimization of websites.
  • Ensure user-friendly, responsive, and secure websites.
  • Develop and maintain WordPress sites and plugins.

• Project Management:
  • Lead web projects from start to finish, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery.
  • Develop project plans, assign tasks, and track progress.
• Scrum Master:
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure agile practices.
  • Remove impediments for the team.
• Collaboration:
  • Work with marketing, design, content, and IT teams for website updates.
  • Coordinate with external vendors as needed.
• Optimization & Analytics:
  • Monitor performance using analytics tools and implement improvements.
  • Conduct regular SEO and content audits.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure projects meet quality standards and user experience expectations.
  • Implement testing protocols to address issues promptly.
• Documentation:
  • Maintain documentation for projects and workflows.
  • Create and update user guides and technical documents.

Qualifications:

• Skills:
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms, especially WordPress.
  • Strong SEO and web analytics knowledge.
  • Excellent project management skills; experience with JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
  • Scrum Master certification preferred.
• Experience:
  • Proven website management and project leadership.
  • Experience with WordPress development and customization.
  • Leading cross-functional teams and implementing agile methodologies.
• Education:
  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, Web Development, or related field preferred.
• Attributes:
