Fanap Training Campus is looking to hire a "Recruitment Lead Designer" as product owner for its new HR product vertical: An integrated recruitment platform for the Fanap Groups.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop Recruitment Strategies and Implement Campaigns:
- Design and develop recruitment strategies and processes.
- Develop recruitment channels, design recruitment campaigns, and plan talent acquisition at the holding level.
2. Stakeholder Management:
- Maintain close communication with the HR teams of the group companies, Third-parties service providers, relevant individuals, and build strategic relationships in order to offer a extraordinary hiring services.
3. Develop Recruitment Resources:
- Plan, organise, and participate in different mediums to expand recruitment resources. This includes job fairs, relevant events, and accessible social media platforms.
4. Manage Group Recruitment Pipelines and Processes:
- Establish standards for resume screening, conduct interviews, evaluations, and fully manage recruitment and hiring-related KPIs across the group.
5. Employer Branding:
- Improve companies, Fanap group and even single critical job positions branding in related ecosystems.
- Develop solutions for EVP challenges in Fanap group.
- Extract relevant metrics and work towards their enhancement.
- Monitoring DEIB initiatives in all companies.
6. Reporting and Status Analysis:
- Evaluate recruitment conditions, metrics, Fanap's capabilities, and the companies' talent acquisition in the market, and provide solutions.
Requirements:
1. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields is advantageous.
2. At least 4 years of experience in HR teams, with at least 1 year as a Recruitment and Hiring Manager or a similar position.
3. A product development and service design approach is essential for this role.
4. Good understanding of English, both reading and listening.
