Job Responsibilities:
Manage after-sales service marketing in different regions of Iran.
Participate in key sales negotiations and identify business opportunities.
Establish and maintain comprehensive customer technical data and personnel files, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of sales-related information.
Track and manage the resolution of quality issues in regional technical services, follow up with customers, and collect new business opportunities.
Monitor market trends and competitor information related to rotary equipment, providing recommendations for new product development.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
Proficiency in English, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
Strong understanding of the oil, gas, and petrochemical industry.
Basic knowledge of rotary equipment is essential.
General knowledge of API 617 and 618 standards is preferred.
Previous sales experience is a plus.
Strong sense of responsibility, with a meticulous and organized approach to management.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive attitude.
Strong ability to articulate ideas and engage in independent thinking.
