The Sales Support Manager at Khodro45 is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the smooth operation of all activities related to after-sales support. This position plays a key role in optimizing processes and coordinating efforts across multiple teams, including Support, Legal, Claims, and Logistics. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and problem-solving skills and be able to develop strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Oversee After-Sales Operations:
Ensure that all after-sales processes are executed flawlessly, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
Team Management:
Lead and manage the Support, Legal, Claims, and Logistics teams, providing direction, training, and support to achieve operational goals.
Process Optimization:
Analyze and refine after-sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring optimal resource utilization and cost management.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Work closely with other departments, such as Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of after-sales activities.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular reports on after-sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales support or operations management role, preferably within the automotive or similar industry.
