The Junior Marketing Campaign Management Specialist is responsible for overseeing and executing marketing campaigns. The individuals in this role will typically coordinate with both the marketing, commercial And Financial team, to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of our fintech products and services.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Planning

• Follow-up Marketing Campaign Roadmap and Campaign Plans.

Campaign Execution

• Oversee the creation and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, in-store promotions, etc.).
• Maintain the campaign calendar, ensuring timely execution and alignment with overall marketing goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with internal departments (Marketing, Commercial,Financial) to ensure campaign alignment and support.

Reporting and Analysis 

• Prepare final reports of campaigns.
• Track campaigns KPIs.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in relevant fields
• Understanding of marketing metrics and analytics, with the ability to analyze data
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel and Google Analytics
• Problem solving ability
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Commitment to deadlines and effective time management
