-Leading the material planning team ensuring On Time In Full RM/PM supply is in place according to the monthly production forecast & daily/weekly production schedule.
-Calculate and maintain optimum material replenishment plan, order pattern considering latest estimated lead times.
-Maintain optimum inventory level based on WH available space and storage condition.
-Stakeholder (Production, MO & Purchasing) and Supplier management. In close contact with stakeholders for alignment, assessment, feedback aiming for continuous improvement. Periodic meeting with suppliers and visits if required. 
-Preparing Planning department reports. E.g. Monthly RM/PM orders & forecast, KPI rating, Supplier evaluation report, Full Year purchase forecast, etc. 
-Preparing Planning & Reception Team KPIs based on department and company KPI and ensuring targets are achieved.
-In charge of development of self and team. Also to ensure for self and key positions there is a successor is being developed and is in place.
