About the Role:
This position reports directly to the omnichannel director (International Executive Assistant of the company and is an exciting opportunity to handle business communications, Project Coordination and schedule management.
You’ll also have the chance to communicate with various departments within the company, as well as external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Manage calendar, including time, tasks and scheduling all appointments and meetings.
Prepare materials for meetings and provide post-meeting follow-up notes.
Maintain an effective computer-based filing system and manual filing system (where appropriate).
Take proactive steps to ensure that best practice and coordination is seamless across all interfaces.
Be responsible for the overall direction and coordination of the Offline Shop Director
Strong attention to detail and ability to establish/follow routine processes and procedures.
Perform other related duties.
Job requirements:
Well-organizing, communication, and follow-up skills.
Fluent in English.
High level of cultural sensitivity and awareness.
Organize and manage international events, conferences,
Facilitate cross-cultural communication and understanding within the team and with external partners.
Ability to recognize complex problems and report accurately on them.
Well Understanding of organizational structure and the objectives of the team.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given while maintaining
commitment to deadlines Initiative in undertaking routine assignments/projects without direct supervision.
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
Demonstrate sound judgment and flexibility in balancing competing priorities.
