We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Loyalty Program Specialist to join our Driver Engagement team. This role is pivotal in driving the success of our driver loyalty program. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in loyalty programs, loyalty marketing, and a working knowledge of CRM. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the driver loyalty program, conducting data-driven evaluations, and producing insightful reports to guide strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
. Loyalty Program Management:
. Oversee the implementation and daily operations of the driver loyalty program.
. Coordinate the rollout of new loyalty initiatives and campaigns.
. Ensure the program aligns with company goals and delivers value to our high-performing drivers.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
. Analyze program performance data and derive actionable insights.
. Generate regular reports on key metrics such as engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
. Work closely with the Loyalty Manager to refine and optimize the program based on data-driven insights.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including CRM, Marketing, Product, and Customer Service, to ensure seamless execution of the loyalty strategy.
. Maintain regular communication with the Product team to integrate feedback, suggest improvements, and ensure that product features align with the needs of the loyalty program.
. Liaise with external partners/vendors to enhance the loyalty program offerings.
Program Evaluation & Optimization:
. Develop and execute A/B testing and other methodologies to evaluate the impact of loyalty initiatives.
. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the program.
CRM & Communication:
. Support the CRM team in optimizing communication strategies for the loyalty program.
. Ensure timely and effective communication with drivers regarding their loyalty status, rewards, and program updates.
Skills:
. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
. Proficiency in CRM platforms, data analysis tools, and MS Excel.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
. Familiarity with the ride-hailing industry is a plus.
