Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Platform Social & Content Specialist to join our dynamic Platform Brand & Communication Team at Digikala Platform. In this role, you should be able to attract and engage with targeted virtual communities and network users. As a Senior Social-Content Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our social media presence, blog, content, and overseeing various marketing projects aimed at enhancing our seller community's engagement and success.

 Responsibilities

·       Manage and execute our social media campaigns through audience identification, benchmarking, competitive research and platform determination.

·       Develop, edit, publish and share content, for example, unique textual content, pictures or video on a regular basis.

·       Create editorial calendars and syndication plans.

·       Capture and analyse the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and social media best practices to measure the success of every social media campaign, then use that information to refine future campaigns

·       Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing

·       Collaborate with other inside departments and creative agencies to manage reputation, recognize key players and coordinate actions.

·       Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive seller engagement, and achieve marketing goals.

·       Create, curate, and schedule compelling content across various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and guidelines.

·       Monitor social media channels, engage with the seller community, and respond to inquiries and comments promptly.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute PR campaigns, press releases, and media outreach initiatives to enhance our brand's reputation.

·       Lead and manage projects related to seller-focused marketing campaigns, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure timely execution and successful outcomes.

·       Utilize data-driven insights to analyse campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend strategic adjustments to achieve optimal results.

·       Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media, PR, and seller-focused marketing strategies.

·       Create engaging and informative blog posts and articles for Digikala Seller Academy, ensuring high-quality and relevant content that addresses the needs and interests of Digikala sellers.

·       Develop compelling scenarios and storylines for content that capture the audience's attention and drive engagement. Utilize creative thinking to produce innovative content ideas.

·       Lead and manage projects related to seller-focused marketing campaigns, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure timely execution and successful outcomes.

·       Utilize data-driven insights to analyse campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend strategic adjustments to achieve optimal results.

·       Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media, PR, and seller-focused marketing strategies.

·       Create engaging and informative blog posts and articles for Digikala Seller Academy, ensuring high-quality and relevant content that addresses the needs and interests of Digikala sellers.

·       Develop compelling scenarios and storylines for content that capture the audience's attention and drive engagement. Utilize creative thinking to produce innovative content ideas.

·       Apply digital marketing strategies to enhance content visibility and reach. Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve online presence and attract organic traffic.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/master’s Degree in Communication, PR, MBA, Design, Fine Art or related fields
  • Proven 3+ years of work experience as a Social Media manager or creative content creation
  •   Excellent knowledge of Social Media Marketing channels - Instagram, Twitter, Apparat, and   LinkedIn and so on.
  •   Excellent content marketing and copy-writing skills.
  •    Excellent Blog management skills
  •    Intermediate SEO knowledge
  •  Intermediate knowledge of photo and video editing.
  •   A keen eye for aesthetics and details;
  •  Strong project management, time management and ability to work in a dynamic and  agile   environment
  •   Great interpersonal skills.
  •     Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  •     Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required
  •   Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
  •  Outstanding problem-solving skills.
  •  Exceptional attention to detail.
  •    Good time management abilities.
  •  Excellent listening skills.
