Job Description

The Graphic Designer in the People Experience Team will be responsible for creating visual content that effectively communicates messages and ideas for the HR department. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in working within an HR-focused environment.
This role involves collaborating with the PX team and various teams within HR and other departments to design and deliver materials that enhance the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Development:

    • Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for various media such as websites, logos, brochures, flyers, posters, and other HR-related materials.

    • Utilize design software like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create and edit images and text.

    • Work with typography, color, images, and other elements to produce attractive and effective designs.

    • Present drafts and mockups to internal or external clients for feedback and approval, making revisions as necessary to ensure the final design meets specifications and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

    • At least 2 years of experience working as a graphic designer.
      (Experience working within HR teams is a significant advantage.)

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.

    • Basic knowledge of printing processes, including different printing methods and file preparation for print.

    • Video editing skills in Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro (or similar software). (this is an advantage)

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.(this is an advantage).

    • Photography and photo editing skills for creating and enhancing internal visuals (this is an advantage)

  • Communication & Soft Skills:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage design requests from different teams effectively.

    • A good command of English for searching design-related information and communicating with stakeholders (this is an advantage).

    • Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and design according to the needs of the request.
