Job Description

We are looking for Procurement Specialist at SnappShop to carry out the company’s procurement and purchasing processes in accordance with procurement regulations to meet material, equipment, and service needs with the best possible quality, price, and timing.

Responsibilities:


- Timely review and follow-up on purchase requests for goods and services referred by the unit supervisor.
- Source suppliers, obtain and review quotations and price estimates, and provide necessary explanations to the unit supervisor.
- Negotiate with suppliers and make purchases in accordance with current regulations, guidelines, and approved procedures of Snappshop company.
- Take necessary actions to ensure the correct receipt and transport of purchased materials and goods and deliver them to the relevant unit.
- Follow up on receiving invoices and purchase documentation, settle accounts with suppliers and contractors, and manage petty cash.
- Prepare and present analytical reports on operational activities to the unit supervisor.


Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Commerce or Engineering fields.
- At least 2 years working in procurement, purchasing, and commerce.
- Proficiency in procurement processes, related laws, and commerce.
- Familiar with ICDL, document handling, report writing, and procurement software.
