We seek a Content Creative Manager to lead our content team, craft compelling verbal content, and orchestrate visually and verbally engaging experiences across all brand touchpoints.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of content creators to deliver exceptional results, nurture creativity, and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Campaign Content Management: Strategize, execute, and oversee creative 360 campaigns that span multiple channels, ensuring cohesive messaging and seamless brand experiences.
  • Content Strategy: Develop and implement content strategies that align with brand goals, target audience preferences, and industry trends in the digital landscape.
  • Creative Direction: Collaborate with design teams to request and integrate visually appealing content that enhances the brand narrative and resonates with audiences across digital platforms.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor content performance metrics, analyze campaign effectiveness, and optimize strategies to drive engagement, conversion, and brand loyalty.


Requirements:


  • Leadership Experience: Demonstrated proficiency in leading creative teams, managing campaigns, and driving content strategy in a digital marketing context.
  • Campaign Expertise: Experience conceptualizing and executing strategic 360 campaigns encompassing multiple touchpoints and delivering cohesive brand messaging.
  • Creative Writing Skills: Crafting engaging, creative verbal content that captivates audiences, communicates brand values, and drives desired actions.
  • Content Marketing Mastery: Deep understanding of content marketing principles, best practices, and emerging trends to create impactful digital experiences.
  • Collaboration Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, agencies, and stakeholders.
  • Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in data analysis, performance tracking, and deriving insights to optimize content strategies and maximize campaign ROI.
