Python Backend Developer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Python Backend Developer to join us. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python development and experience with DevOps practices. This role requires a strong technical background and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
·Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python.

·Implement and maintain continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

·Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using tools such as Docker, and Kubernetes.

·Develop and customize Odoo modules, ensuring they integrate seamlessly with existing systems.

·Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of coding standards and best practices.

·Monitor and optimize application performance to ensure scalability and reliability.

·Sometimes there might be need to support on frontend tasks.

·Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.

Requirements:
·At least Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

·Proven experience as a Python Backend Developer or in a similar role.

·Strong proficiency in Python and related frameworks (e.g., Django).

·Solid understanding of DevOps principles and experience with CI/CD tools and practices.

·Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

·Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

·Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.

Preferred Qualifications:
·Knowledge of microservices architecture and related patterns.

·Familiarity with other programming languages and frameworks.

·Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus).

·Familiarity with Odoo ERP development and its architecture, including module customization
