ERP Business & System Analyst (Vendor)

Mission
To liaise as an interface with ITS on financial systems requirements and controls.
o participate and control all changes in financial systems, including data reconciliation, migration, and conversion objectives.
To prepare appropriate financial systems documents by focusing on technical documents and training initiatives.
To extract requested reports from different data resources based on finance teams` requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities
To organize formal and informal training for users to enhance the use of financial systems and understand newly developed functionalities in financial applications.
To assign user access and perform profile administration for financial systems.
To analyze internal users’ initial requirements and create the necessary specification as URS (User Request Specifications) for financial applications and ERP financial modules.
To present developed URS to technical internal/external teams and clarify users` requirements.
To design and develop the finance department required software based on company standards and policies.
To analyze, design, and develop data format specifications required for data exchange across applications 
To conduct technical and process tests in the developed environment for financial applications and modules.
To support end-users in reviewing and testing financial system change requests and requirements and obtain end-user signoff on UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
To perform data uploads in financial systems to facilitate achieving system integration objectives. 
To modify the financial Business Intelligence system based on business requirements.
To coordinate the finance EDW (Enterprise Data Warehouse) Reporting, including:
EDW reports - Analysis, specifications, and necessary dimensions needed
Identifying and creating financial required reports
Ensure EDW reports are correct and up-to-date, comparing ERP reports
To collaborate with BPMS (Business Process Management System) Operations, including:
Analyzing users’ requirements and creating the necessary specification for the financial requirements in BPMS
Maintaining and reviewing BPMS related requirements concerning the manuals, forms and user access to those links 
To prepare and publish technical documents and manuals to facilitate effective financial systems used for all users.
To supervise financial software and applications in source management, code review, and query design. 

Education
B.Sc. in Information Technology or related
Experience
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a area of specialization; with experience in supervising others
Experience working in a medium  organization
