responsibilities:

Monitor key performance indicators (KPI), generate reports on metrics and provide actionable insights to management for decision making and process improvement
Tracking, analyzing and compiling regular reports of performance and results and documenting them
Perform root cause analysis for sales performance deviations from goals
Develop different types of dashboards to monitor team performance
Analyze and provide valuable insight into the targeting and compensation models of sales teams
Determine monthly sales target
Determining the payment of monthly and quarterly bonuses for sales representatives
Design and track collection projects
Working closely with other related teams to achieve the best results


requirements :

Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets and SQL
Documentation and presentation skills
Advanced English (oral and written)
Familiarity with data visualization techniques and data visualization tools such as PowerBI and Tableau is preferred
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Knowledge of Health & Beauty e-commerce industry trends and understanding of the unique challenges associated with online retail supply chains
