Position Overview:
As an Ads Manager at Aron Groups, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn. Your primary focus will be driving traffic, generating leads, and improving conversion rates for our financial services. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our advertising efforts align with the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ad Campaign Management:
  • Develop and manage digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Optimize ad performance through data analysis, A/B testing, and budget management.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance with actionable insights.
• Strategy Development:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine and execute advertising strategies.
  • Conduct market research to understand target audiences and industry trends.
  • Explore new advertising channels to expand reach and improve effectiveness.
• Content & Creative Management:
  • Work with designers and copywriters to create compelling ad content.
  • Ensure all ad materials adhere to brand guidelines and compliance standards.
  • Oversee the development of landing pages to enhance conversion rates.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Use analytics tools to track key performance metrics.
  • Generate detailed reports with insights for future campaigns.
  • Adjust strategies in real-time for optimal ad performance.
• Compliance & Risk Management:
  • Ensure all advertising activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Stay informed about changes in digital advertising laws and adjust campaigns accordingly.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  • Keep stakeholders updated on campaign progress and key metrics.
  • Provide recommendations to enhance campaign outcomes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience managing digital ad campaigns, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Proven success in budget management and optimizing ROI.
• Skills:
  • Proficient in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Preferred:

• Google Ads certification or equivalent.
