Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced female YouTube Channel Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of YouTube algorithms, SEO, and audience engagement, and will be passionate about animation and psychological content or a great will to learn. You will play a key role in managing and growing our new YouTube channel, helping us reach our goal of monetization as quickly as possible.

Key Responsibilities:
Channel Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of our YouTube channel, including scheduling and uploading one to two videos per week, optimizing video titles, descriptions, tags, and managing playlists.
SEO and Research: Conduct thorough research on trending topics, keywords, and best practices to optimize content for search visibility. Craft compelling titles and descriptions that align with the content and attract viewers.
Content Strategy: Collaborate with the creative team to develop and maintain a consistent content calendar that reflects our brand’s goals and appeals to our target audience.
Engagement and Community Management: Respond to comments and engage with viewers to build a positive community around the channel. As the channel grows, help to foster a vibrant and supportive environment.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze channel performance using YouTube analytics and other tools. Provide regular reports on viewer engagement, retention, and growth metrics.
Monetization Focus: Work towards the channel’s monetization by optimizing upload schedules, content topics, and engagement strategies. Assist in setting up and managing ads and other monetization methods as the channel grows.
Future Expansion: Be prepared to help repurpose content for other platforms, such as TikTok, when the time is right.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing and growing YouTube channels, especially for younger audiences (ages 15-35).
Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, analytics, and best practices.
Excellent research skills with the ability to identify trends and optimize content accordingly.
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with viewers in a positive manner.
Organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
