Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of product development, data analysis, and the full product lifecycle (PLC). This role requires strong technical knowledge, including proficiency in SQL and database management, as well as experience in prototyping, testing, and agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap: Drive the product from concept through launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Identify customer needs and market opportunities: Conduct thorough research to understand market trends and customer requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to develop and launch new products.

• Analyze and report on product performance: Use data-driven insights to assess product success, identify areas for improvement, and inform future development.

• Accelerate product delivery: Optimize processes to deliver products more efficiently while maintaining high quality.

• Enhance feature impact: Prioritize and design meaningful features that provide significant value to users.

• Improve data-driven decision-making: Utilize SQL and other data analysis tools to generate actionable insights and guide the product roadmap.

Job Requirements

• Technical Knowledge

• Proficiency in SQL and database management, with the ability to write and analyze complex queries.

• Understanding of how technical systems work, with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams. 

• Product Management Skills

• Experience in defining product specifications and developing detailed user stories.

• Strong knowledge of the product lifecycle (PLC) and experience in all phases from ideation to launch.

• Ability to conduct feature impact analysis and prioritize features based on customer needs and business goals.

• Proficiency in designing and implementing meaningful metrics to measure product success.

• Project Management and Agile Methodologies

• Proven ability to act as a product owner, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products.

• Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other project management software.

• Analytical and Customer-Centric Mindset

• Highly analytical, with a strong focus on customer needs and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Experience in prototyping and testing to validate product concepts and improve user experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive industry or related fields.

• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional teams towards a common goal.

• Familiarity with market research, competitive analysis, and product positioning strategies.
