Senior System Engineer (Platform)

Summary:

The Digital Workplace Engineer will be a key member of the Digital Workplace Services team within the Platform and Productivity sub-department, which falls under the Technology department. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining digital workplace solutions that enhance productivity, collaboration, communication, and user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Create custom solutions and integrations to enhance the digital workplace
• Development and scripting for automating routine tasks
• Leveraging technology to increase productivity
• Proactively identify opportunities for digital transformation within the organization
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and support digital workplace initiatives
• Excellent communication skills to interact with end-users and stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Mastery in PowerShell
• Strong understanding of DotNet, and its application in scripting and automation
• Background in Web, API and middleware development
• Familiarity with managing user identities and access controls using Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and ADFS
• Experience with Exchange Server administration
• Familiarity with Office 365 services, including email, SharePoint, and Teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure) are a plus
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
• Adaptability to evolving technologies and industry trends
