Summary:
The Digital Workplace Engineer will be a key member of the Digital Workplace Services team within the Platform and Productivity sub-department, which falls under the Technology department. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining digital workplace solutions that enhance productivity, collaboration, communication, and user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Create custom solutions and integrations to enhance the digital workplace
- Development and scripting for automating routine tasks
- Leveraging technology to increase productivity
- Proactively identify opportunities for digital transformation within the organization
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and support digital workplace initiatives
- Excellent communication skills to interact with end-users and stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Mastery in PowerShell
- Strong understanding of DotNet, and its application in scripting and automation
- Background in Web, API and middleware development
- Familiarity with managing user identities and access controls using Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and ADFS
- Experience with Exchange Server administration
- Familiarity with Office 365 services, including email, SharePoint, and Teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure) are a plus
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Adaptability to evolving technologies and industry trends
