We are seeking a motivated Purchasing and General Accountant to join our team. As a Purchasing General Accountant, you will be responsible for doing GL Accounting & managing the financial aspects of the purchasing process, including creating purchase orders, processing invoices, and tracking payments.


Responsibilities:

• Control and record purchase invoices.
• Monitor the invoices submitted in the Modiyan system by suppliers.
• Monitor the invoices submitted in the comprehensive Tejarat system by suppliers.
• Control the quantity of goods sent in the comprehensive warehouses and storage centers by suppliers.
• Conduct seasonal reconciliations with suppliers.
• Register expense documents related to marketing and advertising.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• At least 4 years of experience in accounting or auditing.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Preferably proficient in SAP system.
