Data Analyst, (Q-Commerce)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support our Q-Commerce operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, with a focus on Power BI (DAX), SQL, Python, Excel, and statistical methods. You will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large data sets to generate actionable insights that drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI with DAX functions.
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets using SQL to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Perform data manipulation and analysis using Python (pandas, NumPy) to support various business initiatives.
• Data Management:
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources to ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Maintain and optimize SQL queries to support regular reporting and ad-hoc analysis.
• Statistical Analysis:
• Apply statistical techniques to analyze data, identify correlations, and forecast future trends.
• Use Excel for advanced data analysis, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and statistical functions.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and product development to provide data-driven insights.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and enhance data analysis efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and tools in data analysis and Q-Commerce.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Power BI with a strong understanding of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions).
• Advanced SQL skills for data querying, manipulation, and management.
• Proficiency in Python, specifically in data analysis libraries like pandas and NumPy.
• Strong Excel skills, including the use of advanced formulas, pivot tables, and statistical functions.
• Analytical Skills:
• Strong statistical analysis skills with the ability to apply appropriate methods to analyze data.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Communication Skills:
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a Q-Commerce, e-commerce, or fast-paced retail environment.
• Familiarity with data visualization best practices.
• Experience with other data tools or programming languages is a plus.
