Position Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Aron Groups, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to join our company. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring we attract high-quality talent that aligns with our company culture and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications and cultural fit for the company.
  • Use platforms like LinkedIn and job boards to find and engage candidates.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, involving hiring managers and other stakeholders as necessary.
  • Utilize behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques to evaluate candidates effectively.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers based on candidate assessments.
  • Ensure a smooth transition for new hires, coordinating closely with HR.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide updates to management.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally in financial services.
  • Skills: Proficiency in sourcing tools, strong interviewing skills, and ability to manage recruitment remotely.
