Position Overview:

As a Social Media Administrator at Aron Groups, you will manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms. Your role will involve creating, scheduling, and monitoring content to engage our audience, increase brand awareness, and drive traffic to our online platforms. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to ensure our social media strategy aligns with our overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Management:
    • Develop and curate engaging content (text, images, videos) for social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and others.
    • Schedule and publish content using social media management tools.
    • Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and marketing strategy.
  • Community Engagement:
    • Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, responding promptly and professionally.
    • Engage with followers, building and nurturing a strong online community.
    • Identify and engage with key influencers and industry leaders to expand the company’s reach.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
    • Track social media metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, etc.) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
    • Generate regular reports on social media performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
    • Use insights to optimize content and posting strategies.
  • Platform Management:
    • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
    • Manage and optimize the company’s social media profiles to ensure consistency and professionalism.
    • Experiment with new content formats and strategies to boost engagement and reach.
  • Campaign Support:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to support paid social media campaigns.
    • Assist in running targeted ads, ensuring they are well-aligned with organic content and overall marketing objectives.
    • Monitor and report on the performance of paid campaigns, providing insights for improvement.
  • Brand Monitoring:
    • Keep an eye on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments relevant to the company.
    • Report any significant findings to the marketing team and suggest possible actions.
    • Maintain a consistent, professional, and brand-appropriate presence across all social media platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts for a business, preferably in financial services or a related industry.
    • Proven track record of growing social media engagement and following.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with an ability to adapt tone and style.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
  • Creative thinking with an eye for design and visual content.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred:

  • Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
