Job Description

The Campaign Specialist will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to analyze data to measure campaign effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting successful marketing campaigns and a passion for staying updated with the latest marketing trends and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the digital marketing team in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, content marketing, PPC, and SEO.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign strategies.
- Maintain the campaign calendar, ensuring timely execution and alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, using data to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
- Work closely with the content team to create compelling and relevant campaign materials.
- Support the management of the budget for each campaign, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms to track and measure campaign success.
- Assist in implementing A/B testing and other optimization techniques to enhance campaign performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

 
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in supporting marketing campaigns, with a proven track record of success.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels, including email, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation software.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
