Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and lead all aspects of payroll processing while ensuring salaries and benefits align with current legislation regarding human rights and pay equity. Monitor prevailing pay rates, supervise salary survey participation, and analyze survey data to ensure the organization offers competitive compensation plans that meet corporate compensation objectives.
  • Establish compensation packages and bonus programs aligned with the company's strategic goals.
  • Conduct job analysis and classifications to determine fair and competitive job roles.
  • Develop and propose comprehensive benefit plans, including both monetary and non-monetary benefits based on employee needs, and manage the implementation and renewal of these plans.
  • Create and implement processes and policies related to the organization's reward strategy and benefit policies.
  • Designs compensation and benefits services and strategies, makes recommendations, and prepares proposals for new and improved programs based on institutional need and/or governmental changes.
  • Offer guidance and advice to corporate staff on pay decisions, policy interpretations, and job evaluations.
  • Manage and lead complementary insurance programs, including medical insurance, life insurance, accident insurance, and responsibility insurance.



Requirements :

  • Professional knowledge of Iran labor law regulations.
  • Ability to effectively manage communication and relationships in matrix organization structure.
  • Extremely strong analytical and quantitative skills and a track record for planning, leading and auditing work.
  • Ability to seek out information, clearly communicate information and requests and provide quality advice.
  • Ability to create tools and models to interpret and analyze data
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Bachelor’s degree in management fields preferably in HR
  • 3 years of related experience in HR compensation and benefit from in-depth knowledge of core compensation terminology and best practices
