Operational Performance Analysis and Improvement: Continuously analyze operational performance to identify weaknesses and opportunities for improvement.
Development and Implementation of Improvement Strategies: Develop and implement short and long-term strategies to enhance operational performance and increase efficiency.
Process Improvement Project Management: Lead operational teams in process improvement projects with the goal of reducing costs, increasing efficiency, and improving service quality.
Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Evaluate and analyze data to assess and continuously improve operational performance.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate and work closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure successful project execution and achievement of defined goals.
Analytical Reporting: Provide periodic reports to senior management and offer data-driven recommendations and insights.
Team Training and Development: Design and implement training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
Financial and Budgeting Skills: the ability to manage costs and project budgets, a good understanding of financial analysis, and the impact of costs on operational performance Evaluating and managing financial resources to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management,MBA or related fields.
Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management and process improvement, preferably in the technology or transportation industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
Soft Skills: Strong team management abilities, excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment: Adaptability to fast changes and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
