Job Description

  1. Customer Oriented
  • Connection and Communication (Key account – A+ - Short tail) Sellers
  • Problem solving (Finance – Operation – DPO and etc.)
  1.  Targeting
  • Adjust Sales Target Per seller
  • Sales Planning
  • Marketing Cooperation (Mega Campaign – Small Campaign)
  • Seller sales improvement
  • Sales Strategy for all potentiated MC Sellers
  • Add new Key account – A+ sellers to MC Category
  • Data deliver – Data Analysis – Data driven

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

Minimum academic and professional qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or any other related field
  • MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification from a business/aviation school

Experience:

  • At least 1 years' relevant experience in a position with interactive communication requirement.
