Brand Partnership Supervisor
As a Brand Partnership Supervisor at Digikala Quick Commerce , you will be responsible for negotiating discounts from FMCG brands and maintaining effective relationships with key partners. This role requires deep market knowledge and strong communication skills to ensure beneficial partnerships.
· Job Description:
v Identify and Secure Discounts: Proactively identify and negotiate discounts and deals from FMCG brands to enhance our competitive edge.
v Market Research: Conduct detailed market research to understand trends, competitors, and opportunities in the FMCG sector.
v Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure profitable and sustainable partnerships.
v Relationship Management: Maintain continuous engagement with new and existing suppliers to facilitate their integration and address any challenges.
v Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new partners.
v Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of partnerships to ensure they meet our quality and service standards.
v Feedback and Improvement: Provide regular updates and feedback to suppliers about their performance and potential growth opportunities.
v Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to network with potential suppliers and stay updated on industry trends.
· Job Requirements:
v Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
v Experience: At least 3 years of experience in partnership management or a related field within the FMCG sector.
v Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, proven track record of managing supplier relationships, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.t
