Product Designer

Responsibilities:
• Lead the design process from concept through to execution, ensuring high-quality design output that aligns with business goals and user needs • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and marketing to ensure cohesive and user-centric product experiences
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions
• Analyze user feedback and data to iterate and improve upon design solutions
• Contribute to the development of the overall design strategy and vision for the product
• Work closely with product managers to understand business objectives and user needs, translating them into actionable design solutions
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines
• Prepare to transition into a Lead Product Designer role within a few months, taking on additional responsibilities such as defining design standards, driving design innovation, and representing the design team in leadership meetings  

Qualifications:  
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of designing successful digital products
• Experience working in a senior design role, preferably in a educational applications.
• Demonstrated experience in leading design projects from concept to completion
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, UX/UI best practices, and responsive design
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail
