Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and solution-oriented Senior Key Account Management Specialist, responsible for multiple partner accounts, to join our team at Snapp Kitchen. This role's responsibilities include maintaining a thorough knowledge of our business and offerings, assisting in developing and implementing strategic plans to grow accounts, managing and strengthening partner relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver on client expectations.

Here are the details of the responsibilities for this role:

  • Strongly supporting business and operation teams in achieving strategic initiatives and goals which require collaborations with partners.
  • Building strong and trusting relationships with external partners.
  • Building supporting and strong relationships with internal teams.
  • Providing consistent support for partners and ensuring high partner satisfaction and engagement.
  • Finding solutions to improve the communication structure between internal teams and external partners

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience with business development, sales, or account management.
  • Strong experience in managing large account portfolios.
  • Strong customer service and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-oriented.
  • Have an initiative approach and be able to work efficiently under pressure.
