In the Digiexpress marketing team, You will work on primary and secondary market research studies performed in-house and collaborate with outsource groups. You execute all required tests, calculations, and analysis. You work closely with planning, customer and operations teams to create an accurate market insight.
Responsibilities:
- thoroughly investigate identified business challenges and problems
- execute research studies for better understanding of business
- perform all sorts of research including but not limited to field, desk, interview, survey, and benchmark
- execute both qualitative and quantitative research per case
- ensure research validity and reliability with technical methods
- take advantage of cutting-edge technologies and keep updated with latest findings
- generate periodic reports about consumer insights, competition environment, market segments, and future trends
- utilize competitive and UX research methods to better understand product discrepancies and requirements
- identify business opportunities by comparing internal resources with competitors and industry trends
- keep in close touch with other business segments to create an overview on business settings
- work with data to extract useful information and create analytical reports
Requirements:
- expert in statistical research methods and mathematical models
- previous experience on research methods like interviews and surveys
