Develop new clients and retain existing clients
Prompt and accurate responses to all incoming queries
Plan and attend to client meetings independently
Handle quotations and negotiations effectively
Provide proactive periodic reports and solutions to management
Responsible for the sales and marketing for driving business revenue performance
Negotiate all contracts with prospective clients
Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services by maintaining client records
Answer client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability
Develop and implement sales plans, including identifying target clients and creating sales strategies based on their needs
Identify potential clients and build relationships with them through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings
Engage in post-sale activities such as follow-up communication with customers to ensure satisfaction with products or services
Provide accurate forecasting and reporting of pipeline and opportunity status
Participate in trade shows, webinars, and other events to generate leads and build awareness
Forecast market trends
Provide analysis and recommendations to the marketing and communications team
Research market to identify new opportunities
Generate innovative ideas to promote the company brand and services
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
Extensive experience selling services in international transportation industry
Fluency in English
Computer skills (MS Office, MS Outlook, Internet & Email)
Proven success developing and executing integrated sales plans
Flexible and be able to travel and work on missions or bases in provincial areas
