Job Description

Job Description:

  • Develop new clients and retain existing clients
  • Prompt and accurate responses to all incoming queries
  • Plan and attend to client meetings independently
  • Handle quotations and negotiations effectively
  • Provide proactive periodic reports and solutions to management
  • Responsible for the sales and marketing for driving business revenue performance
  • Negotiate all contracts with prospective clients
  • Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services by maintaining client records
  • Answer client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability
  • Develop and implement sales plans, including identifying target clients and creating sales strategies based on their needs
  • Identify potential clients and build relationships with them through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings
  • Engage in post-sale activities such as follow-up communication with customers to ensure satisfaction with products or services
  • Provide accurate forecasting and reporting of pipeline and opportunity status
  • Participate in trade shows, webinars, and other events to generate leads and build awareness
  • Forecast market trends
  • Provide analysis and recommendations to the marketing and communications team
  • Research market to identify new opportunities
  • Generate innovative ideas to promote the company brand and services


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • Extensive experience selling services in international transportation industry
  • Fluency in English
  • Computer skills (MS Office, MS Outlook, Internet & Email)
  • Proven success developing and executing integrated sales plans
  • Flexible and be able to travel and work on missions or bases in provincial areas
