In Azki, you can create the impact you want, to make it cool for our users. As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll work in cross-functional teams, partnering with UX researchers, product managers, data analysts, engineers, and business managers. 
We need you to solve problems while considering user needs and in a complete cycle that starts with discovery and ends with measuring the impact.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the business and customer requirements and implement them in your designs.
• Create documentation (user flows, journey maps, wireframes, etc.) to help facilitate the design process.
• Create prototypes to test and validate assumptions if needed.
• Solicit & participate in design critique sessions with other designers.
• Work closely with the UXR team to conduct qualitative and quantitative research and be able to work efficiently with data analysts and CRO to get the needed data.
• Deliver a smooth and precise hand-off experience to the engineers.
• Measure your impact and solutions and be ready for your next step. 

Requirements:

• Have a customer-centric mindset and problem-solving approach.
• Be familiar with using and contributing to Design Systems.
• Have extra attention to detail and craft a world-class product experience.
• Be proficient with UI design and prototyping tools (ex: Figma, Protopie, etc.)
• Understand technical implications and business requirements in design decisions.
• Know the primary UX and product metrics and the way to use them.
• Have experience with the basics of experimentation.
• We expect you to have solid time management and prioritization skills.
