IT Infrastructure Supervisor

The network security supervisor is responsible for leading the safeguarding of the organizations network infrastructure from security breaches, vulnerabilities and cybersecurity attacks .
This role ensure the continues monitoring , assessment and fortification of network security system while adhering to industry standard and regulatory compliance and also work closely with other it teams to manage incident response and mitigate risks to implement security best practices to ensure resilient and secure It environment .

 Key Responsibilities: 

• Network security monitoring & threat detection 
• Incident Management & Response
• Network Security architecture & hardening 
• Policy, Compliance & Risk assessment
• Security awareness & training 

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of networking security protocols, technologies and tools (IDS/IPS ,  VPN , Encryption)   
• Proficiency in cybersecurity principles such a risk management threat detection vulnerability assessment and incident response 
• Familiars with security framework and regulation ( e.g Iso 27001 , GDPR ,..) 
• Experience with network management tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, OP Manager, …)
• Proficiency in firewall management, VPNs, load balancers, and WAN optimization 
• Strong understanding of virtualization technologies (VMware) and data center operation.

Leadership & Communication: 

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and make critical decisions. 

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in network & Cybersecurity operations, 
• Proven experience in handling large-scale enterprise network environments
