This initiative aims to specialize in the sale and personalized introduction of products within the Health & Beauty (H&B) industry. We are on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Senior Operations Specialist to join us on this exciting journey and help achieve the ambitious goals of this new vertical.
Responsibilities:
Logistics and Fulfillment:
Design and manage the end-to-end logistics and fulfillment process, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers with third parties.
Work closely with logistics partners to optimize shipping routes, reduce delivery times, and manage costs.
Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure product integrity and customer satisfaction.
It is crucial to design a Service Level Agreement (SLA) for the order fulfillment process and consistently monitor the performance of third parties to ensure efficiency and quality in operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Experience in the health and wellbeing sector or e-commerce is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on efficiency and cost reduction.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
