About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CRM Specialist to join our marketing department. The CRM Specialist will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of customer relationship management (CRM) strategies to help drive business growth and optimize marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will have a strong interest in working in the department of communication with customers and CRM, and be interested in working with a lot of data.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation of CRM strategies to improve customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to understand marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SMS and push notifications to implement them in the CRM platform.


Job Requirements

  • Skilled in using Microsoft Excel
  • Attention to Detail
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks at once
  • Works well with others to achieve goals
  • Adapts easily to changing priorities and situations
  • Organizes tasks effectively to meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with SQL is considered a plus
