About the role:
Business Finance plays a key role in enhancing strategic, financial, and operational decision-making at SnappPay, while driving
efforts to achieve EBITDA targets and closely monitoring market share.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and communicate business results and key insights to senior stakeholders, including preparation of board materials.
- Understanding how finances impact business operations making recommendations for reducing costs, generating more revenue, and improving financial reporting.
- Ensuring that the financial models evolve to business needs and changing requirements.
- Assist with the annual budget setting, quarterly forecast, and associated reporting and commentary
- Build trust and collaborate with a cross-functional group of senior managers.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis in specific top-of-mind areas for the executive team.
- Contribution to business planning and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare reports for key merchants and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Experience in creating financial models and business plans.
- At least 1-2 years of related experience.
- Driving self-serve and data literacy.
- Previous working experience in consulting or VC.
- Fluency in English
- Familiarity with SQL or Python
- Ability to incorporate data with strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Strong presentation and business communication skills
