We are looking for highly motivated HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical role in creating a positive employee experience and participating in developing and improving related HR programs and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Implementation of hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Participation in employee experience and retention projects.
Collaboration with HR operation team about administrative issues.
Participation in employer branding projects.
Design & implementation of HR surveys.
Participation in culture & internal communication projects.
Requirements:
Have at-least 2 years related experience in HR department.
Excellent written and verbal communication; high quality document and report preparation.
Mastery of Excel & Word.
Familiarity with HRM.
Full knowledge of talent acquisition.
Creativity and critical thinking.
Result orientation & problem solving.
