Senior Project Coordinator

The Senior Project Coordinator is responsible for planning and managing approved product delivery using agile techniques and frameworks to ensure high-quality products and user experiences. This role involves leading and managing delivery teams, developing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring all key milestones and product outcomes are achieved within scope, on time, on budget, and to expected standards. The Senior Project Coordinator will also support governance materials, artifacts, and meetings to ensure transparency and adherence to organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage the delivery of approved products using agile techniques and frameworks to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and user experience.
• Lead and manage delivery teams to successfully deliver all key milestones and product outcomes within scope, on time, on budget, and to expected standards.
• Manage and develop stakeholder relationships including steering committees, through effective communications, documentation, negotiation, and issues management to ensure the delivery of products and the achievement of outcomes and benefits.
• Report and escalate issues such as variances and manage delivery by exception to ensure issues are understood and actions to resolve identified.
• Develop strategies for the continuous monitoring, evaluation, and improvement of all aspects of product delivery including but not limited to, analysis of customer feedback, facilitation of agile ceremonies and artifact production, and identification and mitigation of risks.
• Support the delivery of all governance materials, artifacts, and meetings to ensure products are delivered and maintained transparently and stored and maintained as per Organisational standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in project coordination and management, preferably in an agile environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and develop strong relationships.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and frameworks.

Additional Information:

• This position reports to the CTO but is responsible for working with all stakeholders, providing visibility, and reporting on ongoing projects and company priorities.
• Existing scrum masters will report to this position.
