Architect

• Assists in the development of standard operating procedures relevant to mechanical/electrical and plumbing engineering.
• Assists in developing and monitoring project performance against strategies and plans and takes action as necessary to ensure achievement of goals and objectives.
• Evaluates mechanical and electromechanical systems and products by undertaking and applying the relevant P&P.
• Develops and reviews designs for mechanical/electromechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and oversees the preparation of related engineering drawings.
• monitors the construction of mechanical/electromechanical, electrical and plumbing systems up to the delivery to the maintenance team.
• Lead pre-construction meetings with Tenants, contractors and designers as necessary.
• Responsible for delivering MEP solutions to engineering queries and issues.
• Coordinates with safety team to ensure compliance with safety procedures.

Requirments: 

• upper intermediate level of microsoft Office
• Upper intermediate level of English language
• High level of team working
• professional at AUTOCAD software
