- Manage and control Eram subleases operational process based on P&P.
- To have daily check list of Security and Cleaning performance in order to share the report with Management.
- Events planning with coordination of marketing team.
- Handle the day to day operations in the Mall ensuring operations are kept up to the highest quality standards in order to meet all tenant and customer requirements.
- Ensure that Advertising locations are occupied based on MAF retail standards.
- Preparation of Common area service charges based on expenses.
- Maintain up-to-date records and documentation for both mall-related.
- Negotiation with prospects for Casual tenants.
