Business Analyst

Requirements: 

• Proficiency in English;
• Bachelor’s degree Information Technology or related field;
• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis or related field;
• IT background (desirable); 
• General knowledge of business operations, objectives, strategies, processes and information flow;
• Unified Modelling Language (UML) – visual language for specifying, constructing, and documenting the artifacts of systems;
• Ability to use SQL and Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, graphs and charts;
• Knowledge and abilities in Microsoft VBA, PowerPivot, Power Query, Power BI/Tableau or other visualisation platforms and Python or R;
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills;
• Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills; and
• Ability to lead and support projects.
• It is mandatory for men to have a military card or permanent exemption.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing the organisation’s business processes;
• Analyse datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions;
• Create and deploy dashboards to visualise data and provide real-time insights to stakeholders;
• High level reporting and documentation to be presented in a clear and concise manner;
• Complete data gathering and provide detail analysis of finding, and solutions for actions required;
• Liaise and assist with internal stakeholders providing technical support regarding question/queries in a professional and diligent manner;
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and enhance product offering where necessary;
• Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports; and
• Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritise projects to meet deadlines.
